Shipping FAQ

 How much is shipping?

At the checkout you can choose FREE worldwide shipping via Chronopost and Colissimo or Fedex/UPS Express delivery service with a flat rate of 20 EUR.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched from France

WIth Chronopost and Colissimo average delivery times are:

Western Europe 2-4 days

Eastern Europe 5-10 days

Rest of World 5-15 days

* Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

When the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received an email please contact info@amazularesortwear.com.

Once we have shipped the order and have provided the customer with tracking information, we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

Which courier do you use?

We use Chronopost, Colissimo, FedEx and UPS courier.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

You will have to pay all import duties, customs and taxes at the point or after the delivery.
